More ever total Productivity requirement of facilities to fulfill for Staff and employers.  

» MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

» Cupola Furnace:

     First of in cupola melting in coke layer in inside minimum 10 kg pressure of Air Coke burn on it. So the raw material like pig iron, CI Scrap and other Chemical put in to the Furnace Every Material used for a standard company.

      So manufacturing process is start in Furnace molten metal prepared in the furnace. So total raw material mix in to the furnace.

     After few times metal is ready in to furnace metal concerted in to take the ladle for further pouring processes. That is procedure of cupola melting.  

» Induction Melting:

     First of the induction melting all raw material weight for it like CRC+SGIRR+ Carbon+ Ferrosilicon Etc. material charge for step by power on it. After sometimes material is ready into furnace to check the chemistry on it. After metal treated by Ferrosilicon magnesium Process in ladle for Pouring in to mould box.

» Mould & Core Shop:

     Static casting by machine moulding (fully automatic) no-bake, Hand Moulding, Cog Core, Ammonia Gas core Resin sand Core & molasses core inside the moulding sand Muller. And Other Chemical weight and put in to Muller some time. After some time sand is ready in to Muller and used for mould Cavity in to the mould box.
So Mould is ready to pour it in molten metal. Take the metal in to ladle and power the mould cavity required shape of the casting.

     Some of mould is required for core cavity Core so make different types of sand and mix different type of chemical materials. Core is ready to mould Cavity to use for it.

» Pattern Shop:

     In Pattern shop different types Drawing of parts and make different types of wooden and Aluminum. Pattern in Pattern shop. In Pattern shop use make the pattern for wooden and Aluminum. Like different types of file cutter Machine. Lathe Machine to use for make the pattern.

» Fettling Finishing:

     Ready CI and SGI product are sand to fettling shop. First of them. In casting layer of Send in Remove. In Fettling shop use for grind is for swing frame grinders, pneumatic Flexible grinders with high power rectifies. So castings is ready for fettling Process, and send to machine Process.

» Short Blasting Machine:

     The Short Blasting Machine 48" to 72" turn table short blast Machine After clearing the Casting in to short blast Machine Casting go to the Fettling shop.

» Machine Shop:

     In machine shop Sub contract facilities/toe up with machine shop having CNG, Conventional Lathes, drill, shaping, Milling, Horizontal boring, VTL many more machine in Machine Shop. So Product are Machined product are machined properly for drawing for required dimensions. After step by step procedure of casting in to Machine Shop. So material is totally ready in Machine shop. So, finished product send to dispatch department as per customer requirement.
